the fact that I exist makes me angry

I just want to die in peace. I know things will get worse, it's just a matter of time. I don't understand why I exist, why me? it makes me angry. People say life is a "gift" it pisses me off. I was born into a christian family, so the idea of hell as a punishment for suicides scares me. it's so unfair

Sorry for your pain. I also used to feel angry but now I just feel numb.
Also, I personally do not believe in any heaven or hell so I always find it rather interesting that people from practising Christian households believe in it and fear it, especially as a "punishment" for "evil" acts like suicide.
So it seems that it's actually working if it prevents people who are undecided from killing themselves out of fear of going to hell.
I hate how I was forced to exist and I have to endure this life. Life is just misery and suffering. In my case I have never wanted to be alive and all I want is to peacefully pass away. It is cruel how the society expects people to suffer for decades and tries to force them to live. It is horrifying to me that life is even a thing in the first place. I do not believe in any hell after this life, in fact we already live in hell. Anyone who says that life is a gift must be delusional.
IMHO we already are in a quite low form of existence, AKA this is already Hell to an extent. Does suicide worsen your spiritual situation if there is something spiritual at all? I think so, but I am not sure
