In the PPH there was information about the 22 recorded death cases from SN, and it says CLICK HERE on page 213. it's unclickable, how can we obtain that info?

Only way we are getting that info is if someone subscribes to the ehandbook so they have access to the hyperlinks, and then shares the cases with us. Don't know who supplied the ripped pph, maybe they still have access.
