A couple has been trying to concieve for many years, and they finally succeed, but the baby has four arms and four legs.
They try to hide him for a few years, then the father decides it's time to face the outside world, and takes his son for a stroll.
After a time the kid needs to go to the bathroom, so daddy leads him to a public toilet, and waits for him outside.
After a few minutes a guy comes out holding a bloody baseball bat, mumbling "Phew, that was some motherfucking huge spider... "
