I just want to say that this website has helped me loads. Thank you. I'm in recovery from a bereavement, both me and my best friend suffered from BPD/EUPD. Sadly, she passed away last September. My mental health plummeted and I ended up in hospital having self harmed. I've struggled since then. I signed up for a mental health recovery course, I can't name the charity, and I flew away on holiday for a few days to Guernsey. I'm still struggling. But SaSu has helped me, and I'm very grateful that SaSu exists. Thank you. I added a few pictures from my holiday. The last picture is from my seat on the aircraft of the north of Guernsey as I flew back to the UK.
