Taking Domperidone with an Antacid

Hi guys, so I couldn't find a reputable source of meto that can be shipped to my country, but I did find some domperidone. I was doing some research and read that it is recommended to not take an antacid with domperidone since it reduces the antiemetics' ability to be absorbed. Is anyone else planning to use domperidone as their antiemetic, and are you planning to use an antacid as part of your regime? Thanks

Domperidone okay before antacid as it has enough time to metabolize. Domperidone may be less effective if taken at the same time , but okay if taken before (from leaflet):
