Buy a pill crusher and then you can mix the powder with water.

Are you thinking of overdosing on pills? Drug overdose does not work most of the time so i would be careful and make sure you do your research.

I had to swallow 350 capsules for my last attempt... It was very painful and I still get triggered whenever I have to swallow any sort of pill now. I swallowed a handful at a time with some water until I had swallowed everything.

The excessive amount might have been a factor for my failure though I'm not sure of what exactly happened while I was unconscious. So if you can crush them or collect the inside powder that's probably better.

Just like everything else, it takes practice to learn how to swallow pills. I learned by using M&Ms. It works. Start with one and keep doing one until you can do it every time. Then try two and do the same thing. Work your way up. There is a limit to how many pills one can swallow at the same time. Remember they have to go down the esophagus, too. I still have issues with the big pills, like Ibuprofen 800s.
