Swallowing glass shards? How bad is the idea from 1-10?

So I have a bunch of glass shards next to me and I'm really badly considering swallowing all of them..

A very painful death if death results due to damage to your internal organs. Quite probably easily fixable by most doctors before you die, and a strong possibility that you stomach acid could destroy the glass before any fatal damage is done. Cuts and abrasion in your mouth and esophagus making eating and drinking painful. Not a good plan at all.

In all honesty and I hate to be rude but this has got to be one of the dumbest most impulsive ctb ideas I have heard in a while (and I have heard a lot). I couldn't imagine the pain, blood and freak out attack I would feel If I did something like this. There are more peaceful methods than this. Nobody wants to end up in a worse way than how they started.

Edit: I'm not sure how the 1 - 10 scale is calibrated. It's a ver bad idea. Whichever is worst 1 or 10, it's the worst idea. Go back to the drawing board and submit a new idea for consideration.

if 0 was really bad -100, I feel like your brain would make you stop and get the glass out of your mouth before you even properly swallowed it, and even if you succeded in swallowing the glass (holy shit that would hurt), a doctor could quickly save you or the acid in your stomach would dissolve it and the only ending damage would be to your mouth, throat, and maybe ur hands (if you are like holding the glass in ur hands when you eat it)...
