Method Suspension hanging from a barn door

I haven't looked into hanging much and I haven't really considered it until recently. Today I looked around and I think the only place in the whole house where I might be able to hang myself is from a barn door, specifically the black bar part that allows the door to slide open and close. Example picture below is not my exact door but I have one similar to this:

I think the one in my home is bigger, stronger and sturdier than the one in this picture so hanging from it might be possible, what do you think?

I weigh about 80kg (176lbs), if that matters at all.

The only real way to know is to test it out. Do a few pull-ups, or hang from the bar for ten minutes to see if it holds up. But ease into it—don't jump on with all your weight right away, or you risk a nasty fall if it breaks.
