I fucking hate this,I have been trying to ctb and took it pretty far yesterday before backing down.How does one get over this.Its starting to crush me quite a bit.Do Benzos help in reducing this?

Next time you attempt, take substances that are sedative. Narcotics, sedatives, etc will suppress the SI. Alcohol can have a nasty rebound effect on its own, and weed can cause the same sort of thing
