This is just something I've been thinking about recently. The knowledge that I could kill myself at any moment makes my other problems seem so much more mundane. Especially regarding social anxiety, it's like why am I so worried about what people think about me when I could literally be dead tomorrow?

Being able to CBT can be a powerful thought that gives you control of your life, although it isn't. An answer in a world without it. A meaning where's none
