I'm looking to see the average number of times a person has tried to kill themselves on this site

A lot. I just cant get the blade deep enough or the rope/string tight enough. its a struggle,

I think it would be disingenuous of me to say I've made any honest, thought-through attempts like I am planning now.
Most of my past incidents can be chalked up as "cornered animal attacking itself".
I have been trying my best to stay calm so I don't resort to any haphazard, half-baked measures, the next time I attempt it will be with grit and I must succeed.
(Also, I did "try" the hanging method but it made my eyeballs feel like they were being squeezed out of my skull, no thanks.)
