Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

So I'm planning on leaving a note. There's been on big event recently that's really tipped the scales towards me no longer existing which involves one person. This is already something well documented in my life and they were very very aware that their actions could potentially make me more suicidal. It was a situation that could have been handled very differently by them. I was going to mention this in my note and break down how this has led to this point. It will likely be the police who finds my note, will the person get into shit for knowingly doing something that would likely make me more suicidal (it was a big thing that will have a massive affect on my life for years if I stay alive)
Would just like to add it's not that I want to get him into shit, it's more that I want to be able to say my peace

If they financially or romantically burned you no.

If they enticed you to suicide directly by daring you to do it then yes

So they basically put me in a situation that led to me now having a police record basically didn't have to get to that point as in I hadn't done anything illegal per say, it basically could have been resolved between ourselves but it got taken further than it needed to be. They know me well so would have known at the time that doing that would lead to increased suicidal ideation. Technically I could be classed as a vulnerable adult particularly at that point so they did in my opinion endanger my life by falsely representing half truths

If they got you a police record and what you did isn't substantiated and it's only in the record because they lied then that is grounds to sue or get them in trouble

If you did really did do something I can hardly imagine how they would be held responsible

Yeah it's a bit complex, trying to be careful about what I put in case it identifiable. But basically looking at it black and white I did something but not like violence or anything like that but looking at with actual context what happened didn't need to go to the police at all. But they basically cautioned me from the black and white stance rather than contextualised.
