I don't want to do anything like jumping in front of a tube because I've heard its really traumatising for the driver

You'll only fall into the river and the bridge isn't that high up. Plus there's no way you would be able to do it unnoticed by members of the public.

Oh oh, I got a better one. Wait until there's a parade. And when the guards come marching down the street yelling "MAKE WAY FOR THE QUEEN", try to block the parade.

Beachy head isn't too far from London 2 and halve hours. I would recommend there as it's a safe place to die besides the people that patrol the area.
Can you get a taxi there or drive?

A taxi from London on a 2 1/2 hour journey. I hope he/she can get a 2nd mortgage first.
