Suicide help/ideas

I'm planning on using a knife to the neck to slash open my veins so I can bleed to death. I wanted ideas for maybe some type of poison or something I can take to make the trauma unhealable. I don't really want to use a knife anyway but I don't really have any other options but any ideas would be great. I live in America.

Cutting is a big no.. Don't do it please. Look through the site and the various methods available, I'm sure you can find a better way to attain peace
