I guess I kinda knew.
In my case, last year, I stopped taking my meds suddenly and I tried to ctb some weeks later so, maybe it's really like that! (those pills didn't help me at all, anyway. If I quit the ones I'm taking now, I will deffo do it gradually)Similar threads
