Is starving to death impossible?
Does anyone have info or any known guides?
Just trying to find my best way out, I'm at the tippy edge now.
I can manage to go starving wid willpower as I naturally was anorexic just up to a couple years ago and also have the time off to pull it off if needs be.
Any help or advice would be so very gratefully appreciated.

It will take a long time. If you are in good health to begin with, and provided you continue to drink water, you can expect to last 4 - 8 weeks without food. Towards the end, you would become weak and unable to do anything. That means you would be unable to prevent some other person from intervening to "help" you.

What a commitment though. 60 to 90 days. Pain, agonizing Very large chance of intervention against you will when you weaken Not a good idea.

to starve, someone should kidnap you, lock you in an empty cell and never open it again for a few months, but in that case it wouldn't be suicide.

It seems to be unnecessary extended and painful way to go about it. Even with water ingestion, your body is literally consuming itself while you suffer. Not my ideal way.

One of the worst methods. Next to self-immolation, etc.

You could hasten the process by refusing water also. This is common in bed ridden elderly people, but it would be harder for a healthy adult

Guys, stop this starvation nonsense. Starved prisoners during WW2 would eat clay just to fill their stomachs. After a while you'd run to 7/11 for food.

I think it appeals to people because it is a 'passive' method. Doesn't require you to actually do anything.
But I agree, it probably is very tough.

no way...I have an eating disorder and have honestly lived on next to no food. First 5 years I honestly ate basically nothing, like I wouldn't even have milk in my coffee, and would additionally run for hours every day. Second 5 years I will eat only a few very small meals a week...maybe 3 or 4 meals of 2/3 hundred calories and get rid of it all by laxatives or vomiting. Honestly, your body can survive for so long with little food. I am living proof...I mean I'm sure it greatly depends on your genetic makeup but I would NOT recommend this as a way to go. All you'll manage to do is fuck up your body.

I wish I could die this way but family would have me sectioned. I wish there were somewhere I could go to spend the last months of my life not eating. It took 66 days for Bobby Sands, the Irish hunger striker. The philosopher Simone Weil died aged 34 in a sanitarium from heart failure related to malnutrition.

This is called voluntary stopping of eating and drinking (VSED) – info at https://s3.amazonaws.com/aws-website-jamesleonardpark---freelibrary-3puxk/VDD-Q&A.html

I did intermittent dry fasting. Maximum I did was 6 days without food and water. By the end of 6th day all I could think of was water. Tons of it. Waterfalls. Rivers. Summer rain. Any rain.
Also I did water fasting. Up to 40ty days without food. Only water.
Long story short - I was trying to heal myself. It didn't help with my condition, but it was an amazing experience. it changes your counsesness. you start to feel euphoric. it's very hard to kill yourself this way, but you can try.

It's a meme method but I would be highly interested to read a guide for it purely for entertainment purposes. No doubt some people have indeed managed to succeed at it, however!
