A week ago or so someone posted a website full of suicide aftermath pictures. I can't find it . I need it please. It had different suicide categories

Are you sure? I recall it just being pictures of different suicides. There weren't any videos and it wasn't formatted quite like that

I remember it being a different format also, but I cant find that post. Im 95% thats the site. Its gore. there will be aftermath suicide content.

Easy to drown (but the method is not very good, its harrowing and usually painful): just throw yourself into water - wiith at least one of the following: while drunk / can't swim / onto deep waters / in a flowing water like a river. Just one is enough, and two is guaranteed death

Even if you are not drowning, you are likely to look like this after you die. The state this guy was in is not specific for drowning,
The bulging of the eyes and the protrusion of the tongue are usually caused by gases that are released after death.
As decomposition progresses, gases build up inside the body, increasing internal pressure and forcing soft tissues outward.
