Substituting Morphine in DDMP2

Hi, I was thinking of substituting morphine with something else given its high cost.

I was reading about other opiates, like codeine or hydrocodone. Any thoughts? What would be a good dosage comparable to the 10gr suggested in DDPM2?
What about methadone?
Or would it work increasing valium quantity?

DNM but i read it's stronger than morphine, so i was hoping less is needed. But I really don't know
Also how much "less peaceful" would it be with half morphine dose for example? Anyone know?

Well methadone is stronger than morphine in the respect that it has a much longer effect than other opioids. Its like 24hrs. I guess you could get a feel for it by trying 20mg. If you have no tolerance I wouldn't suggest a higher firdt dose than that. The other thing with methadone is that you don't build tolerance to it. It's quite good in that respect. I'd be inclined to think methadone would be peaceful but it doesn't have the same 'high' as morphine or diamorphine (heroin).

I don't think it's wise to start splitting doses in half. There's too much risk of brain damage if you fail. What kind of price are you looking at for the morphine?

I am not interested in methadone per se, but more as a substitute for morphine, my question was more whether it would work and what would the equivalent of 10g.

I agree with you regarding the risk of brain damage. That's what scares me the most.
I saw prices on dnm for morphine are around $130/gr so it would be more than $1k just for the morphine...

The morphine in that cocktail is used to put you to sleep, the rest of the cocktail stops your heart. Basically a heart attack and you don't want to be awake for that.

I'm not sure, I think there's a reason they use morphine and Valium too.

Nobody will be able to answer your dosage question directly but you can research DDPM using the forums search function and if you can find a way to access the Peaceful pill handbook (pph or ppeh) you will find the DDPM info in there. Look for the resources mega thread for a copy of the pph. DDPM is a reference to a drug combo in the pph.

The search bar is at the top of the page. You may need to make a few posts before it becomes available.
