I will refer to her as Sienna throughout this post to keep her identity private. We lost her on May 26th, 2025.
Sienna had many qualities, she was a fighter, she was unafraid to speak her mind, she was a loyal friend, and a caring sister.
She loved the simple joys, video games, hanging out with friends, watching movies, and she brought a raw, real energy to every moment. Her compassion was boundless, and she offered her heart and mind to those struggling with the same weights she herself struggled with.
Sienna's impact on my life and on this community is immeasurable.
I write this with gratitude that my words could not capture, for the time we had, for the lessons she gave, and for the love she shared even in her hardest moments.
We miss her deeply, but may her spirit live on in the form of the compassion we show for others.
Rest easy. You are loved beyond words.
