Thanks for sharing. I don't think this will become a major drug of abuse, or really become accessable as it has no approved medical use, and based on the DEA drug fact webpage. States that "Isotonitazene is a highly refined product".

carfentanil already exists in veterinary medicine, used to anesthetize large animals such as elephants and bears, and is supposedly 100 times stronger than fentanyl...

isotonitazene is easier to aquire than carfentanil.
