Thanks for sharing. I don't think this will become a major drug of abuse, or really become accessable as it has no approved medical use, and based on the DEA drug fact webpage. States that "Isotonitazene is a highly refined product".carfentanil already exists in veterinary medicine, used to anesthetize large animals such as elephants and bears, and is supposedly 100 times stronger than fentanyl...
