Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

This is for members in hotter climates who are also worried about storing SN
  • Stable at room temperature in closed containers under normal storage and handling conditions. Unstable if heated, may explode at temperatures greater than 533°C.
  • Conditions to Avoid: Ignition sources, dust generation, exposure to air, exposure to moist air or water, temperatures above 320°C
  • Decomposition temperature: 320°C
note: Just make sure your SN container is airtight and don't open until exit day.
I just got my SN today and I was worried since temperatures in my country can reach up to over 40°C or 104°F. Most of the SN storage temperatures mentioned in this site don't go above 30°C so I had to do research. Hopefully this helps other members!

I also live in a very hot country, so, since we don't open it, it will be cool storaged at 35~40°C?
Thanks for the info anyway!

Im not sure, sorry! But some guidelines mention to keep it at 38C or below. Other guidelines say to just make sure its in a dry place. Unfortunately below 38 will be impossible for me in the summer months :(

If you have safe deposit box at a bank those are usually air conditioned.

Does a heater being on count as being "heated"? My room thermometer doesn't go above 30°C, but I'm always worried when the heater turns on.
