The place should be dry, dark and between 15°C and 25 °C.

The problem is : how do you do when it's summer?

First , I think the longevity of the SN is gonna be years so unless you're planning on waiting that long it shouldn't be a big issue.

but to answer the question unless you live in a super hot climate with high humidity keeping it in a dark isolated part of the home should do. Even without AC it shouldn't cook in there

Mine was never opened since I got it. It's hidden in a shoe inside the closet. Doesn't get above 35 at home so I believe it can last up to 3 years.

What Sherri said is the most important - don't open it to fantasize about it. People on here treat it like a childhood comfort sleeping doll and I understand the urge. I probably would too if I was that close to ctb
