Hello,

I have a question about regulators and pressure which I hope somebody can answer please. The Stickstoff method - my preferred one - says that you can simply connect a diving regulator via an adaptor to a nitrogen cylinder. Elsewhere I've seen it said that oxygen and nitrogen cylinders are pressurised to different levels so using an oxygen regulator with a nitrogen cylinder might not work properly. Any clarifications much appreciated.

Yes, it is true! You can connect a diving regulator to a nitrogen cylinder with an adapter. Where are you based?
