Step dad refuses to return my kid. I can’t deal with this

My kid's step dad has visitation rights, 2 days a week. She's now been gone for 7 and he screamed at me today when I tried to take her home.
This is literally the last thing I need. I can't CTB cause of her, I know.
This guy assaulted me, stole my bank accounts, and now my child is gone.
I have to be strong and not break down.
Reporting her 'missing' in a few hours. It's so hard, I hate the drama. Anxiety doesn't let me sleep or eat or breathe or think clearly

He now has my 15 year old daughter and another girl the same age living with him. The other mom does not stay there. He claims the mom is his fiancé but she is not.
Mom has a girl staying with her at her own place. The girl is 16 and gave birth a year ago. The guy who impregnated her is 'mom's' own son who is 30.

My kid dated a 23 year old 3 months ago during visitation with 'dad' I had no idea that happened until I looked at her phone.

Not the kind of worrying I need right now :(

Well, hopefully soon enough she'll be 18 and things will settle down and you can both find peace and happiness. It may not be easy or uncomplicated, but I hope things work out for the both of you.
