Stat doses are fine. They are used by Dignitas. I haven't read anything recommending one over the other, but I'm happy to be corrected if someone has better information.A recommends something between.
One dose 8 hours before, and a stat dose.
Peacefull pill recommends eating something light 1 hour before.
Also I wouldnt take alcohol.
