Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I also started with 650mg and it says it might take a month to see results I now worry about if it's gonna affect the liver but anyways I'll take for a month as minimum to see what it does

The dietary supplement industry is a multibillion dollar industry and is largely unregulated. It's not just false claims of efficacy, but often you will find impure products, unsafe or outright fake supplements that end up on shelves of even well known local pharmacies.
In the US the industry is estimated to be worth $159 billion.

Antidepressants can also effect the liver as well as pretty much every other body function. Compared to antidepressants and other psychiatric medications that are given for anxiety, Ashwaganda is much safer. I don't see what's the point of fear mongering about supplements, considering that prescription medications will generally be more dangerous and cause more side effects.

Raising awareness and presenting facts is not fear mongering. Advising people on fake and impure supplements, and to scrutinize the manufacturer, is not fear mongering. You however, are fear mongering medications.

I think it's fear mongering when you focus on the negative effects of supplements and herbs while ignoring the much more severe and frequent negative effects of for example antidepressants, which ashwagandha is an alternative to for anxiety.
Background and Objective The complex risk factors of liver injury have prevented the establishment of causal relationships. This study aimed to explore the effects of antidepressant class, cumulative days of medication exposure, presence of comorbidities, and the use of confounding drugs on the...

Antidepressants can cause permanent sexual dysfunction:
Sexual dysfunction is a common side effect of Serotonergic antidepressants (SA) treatment, and persists in some patients despite drug discontinuation, a condition termed post-SSRI sexual dysfunction (PSSD). The risk for PSSD is unknown but is ...
Scientists have worked out why common anti-depressants cause around a half of users to feel emotionally ‘blunted’. In a study published today, they show that

And that's just the tip of the iceberg. There are many short term, long term, and potentially permanent adverse effects that can occur.
There may be some risk associated with supplements and herbs as well, but I'm certain that it's much lower than the risk from antidepressants, antipsychotics, benzodiazepines, and other common psychiatric drugs.
Hey people just to like to say that I stopped to take Ashwaganda because I was feeling a little bit sad and depressive. I just took Ashwaganda like for three or four days then I had anxiety crisis and I needed like an emergency to buy my clonazepam so for now I just stopped at taking Ashwaganda, I'm just taking clona and sometimes I take fluoxetine but mostly clonazepam because of my anxiety crisis are the ones I feel the worst I don't have depressive crisis anymore so for me is more important to take my clonazepam than my fluoxetine so just to let you know that I stopped taking Ashwaganda . I wanted to try but it didn't fit well with me because I used to take like two tablets of 650 mg so maybe that's why I felt like depressive and something like that, but I stopped so now I'm just on clonazepam and sometimes fluoxetine maybe another time I will try again to take Ashwaganda , for now I just stopped. I'm not planning on taking this supplement this month or in future cause I fear I get anxious again so yeah I stopped.
