Starting to realize i am more of a burden alive then dead.

I no longer crave sedation from medications i slowly just come back to reality these past couple of mouths being off medication . I feel the full effects of my mental state and most of the time cant even bare living on earth another second the manic depressive episodes and pain from the past is too much to bare. While im still here i will plan my escape knowing ill be at peace when I'm gone .

thank you i very much appreciate that wish you the best of luck as well. Its the constant never ending battle of depression and anxiety. I feel numb to the world at the moment & introverted...
