If you're feeling exceptionally anxious perhaps you should wait a while and calm down a bit, that way you know if it was just anxiety or the SN. You shouldn't have to CTB feeling anything but peaceful and calm.

Yes as long as possible no risk for the forum. I'm using anonymous tab so cookies are gone once closed and password on my phone.
Took antiacid ,an extra propanolol just in case. Soon will take more 6 mg of Xanax and drink it.

Feeling ok but head is hurting more. Nothing as bad though. Heart is not racing anymore might have been anxiety after all
Just to update before I will wash my mouth with mouth washing to help with taste. I will be using a stroll
Stomach is hurting after antiacid not sure if this is normal
Took more Xanax
