  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I just started using anti-depressant and i feel like they stopped me crying all day and limit my emotions a bet which is a good sign
but they make sleep a lot ! I'm on a vacation now but it will end in 2 days and because of my life circumstances i usually sleep 4-5 hours a day and it will be no good if I slept more than that i'm very busy and i have a lot of things to do
what should i do ? Do i stop using them or try to resist sleeping while using them ?

Which ones are you taking? It can take a while for your body to get used to them, some of them are very sedative at low doses and when/if you increase you should the tiredness getting better.

No. Do not stop them. It can take a month or longer for your body to adjust.

Meds can also take a month or more to even start working. The fact you are feeling better now is a bonus. :)

I've been in the exact same boat as you, @Roro90. I have been taking Citalopram and it's made me so sluggish. I used to get up at 5:50am to go to the gym before work, and now I'm struggling to perform my job role at all.

If I were you, I'd talk to your doctor or psychiatrist about the side effects. There are so many different types of SSRIs, all effecting ever so slightly different re-uptake sites that it may take a while for you to find one that doesn't interact too much with your day-to-day life.

Keep on keepin' on.
