Spending New Year's alone for the first time

Today I wanted to stay home and spend New Years alone. Today I wanted to put aside all the negative shit and just sit down and play Stardew Valley for hours, I also watched some TV. I thought about making a creamy pasta with mushrooms but unfortunately some ingredients were missing and all the shops were closed. So I had some spicy instant noodles. Later I'll make some crepes with chocolate for dessert. I don't know if it's a good idea but there's a bottle of brandy and maybe I can have it with my coffee, I'm not much of an alcohol drinker but why not?

I don't know what the next year holds for me, it's better for everything to stay the same than to get worse. This year has been really fucked up and if I'm honest, I'm terrified of what might come next. At the end of the day I tried, I did my best.
