Hi all,
If I were to use the SN method(the correct way), and survived, would using the SN method again right after I woke up lessen the chances of it working correctly?
The reason why I haven't CTB is because I'm so afraid of failing, so I want to be prepared if that happens.

I've never seen this question asked or addressed on the forum, but I would answer it the following way. Of course it's just an opinion, but informed.

From the anecdotal accounts, if one takes the proper amount of SN (20-25g) with the proper amount of water (50ml), the attempts were successful unless there was intervention.

Many folks prepared two extra glasses in case of vomiting, but no one ever reported drinking them, even if they vomited, and they still succeeded.

There is the possibility that taking too much SN causes vomiting to happen way more rapidly than if the appropriate amount is taken, and so causes failure. There's only been one report of this that I personally know of, and as I recall, there wasn't enough clarification by the member to be certain of what exactly happened.

I would think that if you followed the protocol correctly as above and there was no intervention, then there is no chance that you would lose consciousness and later wake up. The method should cause death in four hours or less. I can't say confidently what would happen if you were to wake up hours later and immediately try again. Perhaps it would be better to take time to recover since too much SN could lead to rejection of the toxin and therefore survival. That's the best I can come up with. Perhaps other members with a scientific background, or who have done deeper research into the method, can give a more informed answer.

Failing SN is extremely unlikely unless you (a) don't follow the instructions, (b) are discovered prematurely, or (c) change your mind and seek medical assistance. The main reason for having backup doses is in case of vomiting after initially consuming the SN, and this is described in the guides.

Please rest assured that the probability of you surviving a correctly done SN attempt is practically zero. In the almost impossible event that this did somehow occur, I can't imagine that reattempting would be any less likely to work whether you did it immediately or on a separate occasion. But this is so far into the realms of speculation as to be largely academic.
