sorry, i know people have probably asked this many times.

i have a gp appointment next week, and i'm not sure the best route to go down for sourcing ae. in past, i was treated for migraines with sumatriptan and prochlorperazine so i'm considering asking to be prescribed these once more. will prochlorperazine suffice (for SN)? i'm wary of seeming like a drug seeker if i ask for something else, with how my psychiatrist treats me i wouldn't be surprised if i have some pretty unfavourable stuff in my medical notes.

i get extremely nervous about appointments (housebound agoraphobe & autistic) so i'm going to write everything out beforehand so i can give it to the doctor.

i'm in scotland, if that's any help... i'd appreciate some advice ^_^

I got given AE after I suffered a concussion a few years ago and I couldn't stop feeling sick. It had nothing to do with CTB but seeing as you can't massively prove a concussion, you could give it a try.
