I'm an old fart. There it is. I said it.

Not going into the reasons why I want to cbt in my 50's, but my life was generally sweet.

Sure I had bad moments, a few major depressive episodes, but I had friends and family.

My heart goes out to you younglings right now. Christ, I had just such a crazy good time living and you're all cursed with this pain right now that I didn't have at your age. I lived life and it was sweet.

How f*cking unfair on you.

If I could take all your pain off your shoulders, I would do it. My race is run. Yours is just starting.

Please don't blame yourself for anything. Love you all.

You are right that this life is certainly unfair, there is so much pain and suffering being experienced in this world and it is sad to think about. I wish you the best in whatever happens.

Though you'd be older than me i think, im mid thirty. I feel much younger too but im riddled with illness now. But we have both experienced better times. In some ways it makes today more painful becau se we have lost that which we had loved Everyone has their own journey. Not sure we can easily compare our lives with others. Isnt life more complex than that!?? If you dont mind me saying, i think you lack a degree of empathy for others in pain!. How do you know their pain ?
