yesterday was the worst, i drank more than usual so I was a little high but I really was in pain. not even the pleasurable pain, just pain. ok i deserved it, i was feeling like shit and all
But yeah get drunk, don't drink sn if you don't want to end it....

Please don't take SN or any chemical related to ctb as microdoses. The tolerance for the chemicals increases and it might affect the method.

yeah i dont really know neither how I am alive... really is a pain yeah
I always selfharmed, I use it as a way to sh like I could fast for days, like I could cut and such
but yeah im surprised I am still there tho it simply could be because I never take enough to die. but yesterday really was close to it

well it does make me high, I was on anything else than sn
i find it fun because in general selfharm for me is fun, but if we think more than 2 sec we see there's nothing fun in it, im just truly stupid

and now im okay i think? I believe there's still some sn in me but nothing horrible. I can feel that something is wrong and I still have a little headache but it won't bother me more than this

I would never do this personally unless I was certain about ctb there is a chance it can kill you as it is poisionous to humans. I'm pretty sure people have died before just taking a little bit (I could be wrong though) If I wanted to self harm as a form of relief, I would use other methods. I wish you the best.
