something irreversible

I have been suicidal for a long time and had multiple attempts (hanging, ods), but they obviously failed.

I'm looking for something irreversible, like bleeding out, but I have a hard time finding information on this.

anyone familiar?

For me it is full suspension hanging. Once I step off that board there is no going back.

By bleeding out do you mean slitting your wrists? If so, I wouldn't do that, seems extremely painful.
