Greetings, I'm making this post on behalf of those who may not have the access to antiemetics and using SN as their method. My question is, would not using Antiemetics significantly decrease our chances of success with SN.

Unfortunately, I've obtained the SN and am having trouble finding Antiemetics that don't require prescription. I'd dearly appreciate any information.

You are basically guaranteed to puke without them, that and you will experience more discomfort.
But more people take sn without them so keep that in mind.

Do you know if it'll be violent puking? I'm doing it at home and will be blasting meditation music as I normally do so every night. I'm also fasting 11 hours prior and using 30 w/ 50 ml water
