Social anxiety

I did laundry yesterday to ensure I'd have an outfit I want. I put on a nice top...
...and then I sit in the vehicle just about in tears...
Why do I bother with living when I can't even go into a grocery store.

I can't step out of the house. I am so exhausted of social anxiety. I need to be out.

I understand the feeling. I have been inside the house for the last 2 months taking the occasional hike. Now I will have to start working again, face the students and the colleagues. Very scary, not sure if I will be able to do it.

I dread leaving the house It makes me anxious and seeing everyone happy while I am miserable. I still have past trauma that makes me not go out
