I'm living in supported housing. Basically it's a single room in a staffed building. I was supposed to be put on a waiting list for my own flat and I found out today that this hasn't happened. It was supposed to happen but they never did it. It takes 6 months to be housed. I have already been here 3 months so I'm supposed to be half way through to being housed. Instead of waiting 3 months I now have to wait another 6 months to have my own no income flat (apartment if you call it that.). This puts back any plans to ctb by another 3 months.
Everytime outside support says they'll help me they have failed me miserably from inappropriate medical intervention for 16 years to now this...albeit this is not as bad as what happened aith the medication.
I could rent private...that means at a standard priced rented flat instead of a no income much cheaper one but a no income flat cannot be taken off you. You can't be evicted from a no income flat like you can a regular one . It's like I'm planning for the future but not planning for one at the same time. I'm so unhappy and just needed to vent that I've been let down once again. I really wish I just wasn't here..as in on earth but any plans to ctb may have been pushed back by another 3 months. Sorry for the boring post. :-/
