So my SN just arrived, how do i do this correctly?

My sn just arrived and I have a couple of questions.
What do i do before taking SN?
How many teaspoons do i need to take? (60kg male)
How much water do i have to mix it with?
What do i need to avoid doing after taking it?
What should I expect after taking it (like side effects)
If I want to take benzos when should I take it?

Read guide . Fasting , perhaps some meds (not required but helpful) , OTC painkillers (same)

How many teaspoons do i need to take? (60kg male)

25g . tbsp size varies, not reliable . Use container to divide amount (you have 100g -- divide into 4 etc)

How much water do i have to mix it with?

Stated clearly in guide , PPH , haven't read ? 50ml

What do i need to avoid doing after taking it?

Moving . Lie down , don't walk

What should I expect after taking it (like side effects)

Detailed . Each experience different things , and this may not happen to you . Range: nausea/vomiting , burning/taste , heart pounding , headache .

If I want to take benzos when should I take it?

Test benzo . See FAQ . Depends on benzo and individual effects . Some effect within 15m , some take an hour .
