Nope. Not at all. There are people who followed the full regimen and still failed. There are cases where people consumed nothing except SN and they have succeeded. It all depends on the individual.

Being found or not is the biggest factor (falling to the ground, death rattle, groaning), the second biggest is not getting enough SN to pass through the stomach (drink too little, throw up too much, no fasting, etc).
