Definitely effective but more uncomfortable than if you'd used it in conjunction with Propranolol or Meto.

I don't have access to either of those. I am having a hell of a time finding SN.

I've contacted LW and the only time they ship to Canada is through their eBay store. Sadly they don't carry SN there so it's a no go for us Canadians.

I guess the chances of vomiting it out are higher if you don't take meto or propranolol? If I just fast for a few hours before and take the SN will I be fine? I'll just have SN and I'll take some Advil beforehand. Thanks.
