You need an antiemetic that is a dopamine antagonist. Any other type of antiemetic works in a way that wont help with SN. There is a certain type of Dramamine that uses Meclizine as its active ingredient. Meclizine is a dopamine antagonist. I plan on using it although I imagine it's not nearly as good as meto or other prescription antiemetics. But hell it's something I guess.
