The least painful method is the ascending bag and inert gas, then N and only at the end SN, which is a bit painful but more unpleasant. The main "problem" with the SN method is the relatively long time to consciousness, where the SI can be greatly intensified.

The inert gas method (nitrogen, helium) with the help of an exit bag, by far the fastest and most painless method. It's not so difficult to get it as it is complicated to set up - you have all about it at Suicide resources on this forum.
