I can't otbain propranolol in time to do SN, but what I do have are olanzapine, Xanax, ibuprofen and some antacid. Will this work out?

My heart rate will be really fast, is it still likely that I will pass out quickly then? Dying from a heart attack seems not quite peaceful to me...
