Help SN without meds

i got my SN.

I don't have access to anti-emetics or benzos.
I only have ibuprofen and antacid.

So i'll be doing SN with only these.
I know it'll work; i'm just not sure about dealing with the symptoms without AEs or benzos.

What do you guys think?

I'm not an expert or anything and will see also for a reply but at its core the meds are to help keep the SN down and to not feel as uncomfy... so for what i know its not like you NEED them but its preferable

I know there have been successful cases of ctb with only SN but i want it to be as painless as possible and quick.
If it's not; i'd still go through it as i decided to ctb long ago before joining this site.

Some meds reduce the discomfort but the most important one is the antiemetic but it is not required. Just prepare 3+ cups of SN so if you throw up you can down another one. If you want to be minimalist in your approach just take ~600mg ibuprofen about 30 minutes before SN. That's my plan. It won't be the best way to go out but 12 minutes of mild discomfort and potential vomiting doesn't sound so bad.

I did try OD in the past and failed more than once.

So 12 minutes of discomfort is nothing what i went through after the OD.

I had diazepam for my aged grandfather who is over 87 and has amnesia and insomnia.
It was for him and i planned to use some when SN arrives.
Last night i got to know that he finished all of them and currently he's doing fine so he won't need more or doctor won't prescribe him any more
And I won't be able to steal from him

And in no condition any doctor would prescribe me one

So i'm gonna go with SN and painkillers only.
15-20 minutes of puking or discomfort is okay.

Qty of SN is not of an issue as i have 500gms of SN in my possession.
I'm planning to go with either 3 or 4 cups of SN.
So multiple vomiting can not be a problem and i can successfully CTB.

I think I'm gonna be in a similar position, I only have access to mirtazapine and a little bit of lorazepam. From what I've gathered, none of which are particularly useful for SN - which kinda worries me as I live with others ｡ﾟ(ﾟ´Д｀ﾟ)ﾟ｡

You can try ingesting SN after midnight when so no one can find you in discomfort and call the ambulance if that's really what you wanted as you're living with others.

Or try to book a hotel for couple of days and go there to ctb.

Look for alternatives for location to ctb while you do preparations for the method.

I don't know- honestly I know my SN is on its way right now, but I'm still not sure if it's right for me. I'm quite impulsive with my attempts and I'm not sure if that combined with my limited access to the recommended meds & living with others meshes too with the SN protocol. I flip back and forth between excitement and regret thinking about my SN (I even sent an email canceling my order and then another undoing that haha). But yeah, I'd prefer to die in my bed and planning/finding an alternate location doesn't work well with my impulsivity (＞人＜;)

Start writing down protocol you want to follow once you get the SN
Repeat it in your mind over and over again

Start writing and observing the time other people go to sleep at night

Or the time you can get house by yourself for at least 4 hours

Try to imagine the scenario when you have house by yourself and SN

Can you get through it?

If not; you're not ready yet
No matter the pain you're suffering or going through
There's still some hope deep inside to live

And that's the case
you shouldn't try to ctb
You'd stop halfway or try something odd on impulse and might end up with something worse
You should give life a chance or seek help

And if you can see yourself going through it despite knowing the aftermath
Pain you'd cause others and everything
You still see yourself going through the process
Then you have made up your mind
And you can do it without causing unnecessary harm to yourself or pain to others

If you really want to ctb

Try to find maximum time window you can get house for yourself

If not 4 hours
At least you should have 3 hours before anyone can spot you

Try to find that time window and practice your protocol in that tome window

Just to be sure of things

Also you can try out protocol after midnight
But you have to be sure that no one will get up to check on you

Especially on the day of real ctb process
Will pray that you find peace in whatever you decide and do
