Antiemetics I will use : 3x10 mg metoclopramide, 2 mg haloperidol

Antacid I will use: 4x20 mg omeprazole

So if I swallow all of them 40 minutes before drinking SN and drink my SN 40 minutes later, will I definitely die?

What if I vomit?

Sadly there are no guarantees.

Have you considered an antiemetic?

the only secondary pills that are needed are anti-sickness (Buccastem), some pain pills (paracetamol) and anti-acid (tagament). They can all be bought over counter. The rest are very helpful but can be done without.

Yes. I read the peaceful pill handbook, peaceful pill handbook says that 3x10mg metoclopramide and 2 mg haloperidol is suitable as an antiemetic and 4x20 mg omeprazle is suitable as an antacid

Interestingly, you will take 4 antacid pills, instead of 2 of 40. I will have to do this too, and the same will have to do with the antiemetics, I am there which are 5g.
Do you think it is the same to take 4 pills of 20 instead of 2 of 40? I'm afraid of throwing up everything by ingesting all this stuff.

I cannot get my hands on Tagamet so I will be using Milk Of Magnesia instead. I'm not sure if they ordered Tagamet online or got it from their doctor.

If you can hold it down, then it should. The key issue with SN is being able to hold enough down, while also staying to the course without calling for help.

I would not try to be creative. Maybe Mg interact somehow with SN. The method is very new and undocumented alone to add more variables.

You seem pretty new here. I've already don't my research. Thank you. Even Stan himself used Milk Of Magnesia.

often a prescription is needed. It is for me in the US. I'm a terrible liar. I tried to ask for an antiemtic on a video appointment and couldn't do it. I'm pretty sure if anyone's going to throw up sn, it'll be me. How much will a second glass of sn help if that comes up too? (sigh)

I think omeprazole takes days to begin working as it is a PPI and technically not an antacid like tums. Search proton pump inhibitors and H2 blockers (like famotidine, ranitidine). They will generally tell you how quick they start to begin working. I think PPI takes about 3 to 4 days. Here's a linkhttps://www.timeofcare.com/the-diff...pump-inhibitors-ppi-h2-blockers-and-antacids/
