If I add 25g of SN to water does it really have to be only 50ml or could it be as much as 4 oz or 118ml per drink?

The idea of using the least amount of water that you need to is to hopefully keep you from throwing up. The more water you have in your stomach the more likely you are going to be of throwing it up from my understanding

I think stick to stans guide, 25g sn in 50ml water.

It is so your body quickly absorbs it and it is small enough to be gulped down quickly after fasting.

Normally, I can chug 24 oz of beer in less than 6 seconds. I don't think that 2 oz vs 4 oz would make a difference.

And your beer doesn't have poison in it. Your body is more likely to reject a volume of fluid.

Actually, the body considers alcohol to be a poison. It just doesn't typically react violently to it until you consume quite a bit.

As @london333 said, it's about absorption of the SN. You want as little water as possible. 50 mL seems to be the right amount to dissolve the necessary amount of SN.
