Help Sn status is “arrived to the branch” but it’s still in ukraine.

Hello. I ordered my sn from DSL and it was shipped on the 11th. It was stuck in customs for 2 weeks until now, as my last update today was "Ukraine, arrived to the branch." As far as i understand this means it is labeled for pickup and will not be going overseas to me (us). I tried to contact him over a week ago, but haven't heard back. Tried again today. Anyone else had this issue, or any valuable input? I paid for his express shipping too, whatever that means. Frustrated and stressed because i'm sure I just lost my money and worried I ill get a wellness check?

I ordered on the 3rd. Mine went from being at the branch, to being in storage, to going to the logistics center, and is now back at another terminal. There may still be hope? I'm also panicking a bit too though so I get it, this was a lot of money for me especially with the express shipping he encouraged me to pay.
