SN Stat Regime

Planning to follow this regime soonish™. Please let me know if anything can be improved. My SN is kinda old (3 years) and is only 97% pure, so I plan to take 30g to negate potency loss.

T-8:00: Water Fasting
T-2:00: Stop water
T-1:00: 1000mg Paracetamol
T-0:45: 30mg Meto
T-0:30: 300mg Ranitidine
T-0:00: 30g SNx50 ml water

Where do you read 50 x 10mg Meto ? By the way, since you said your SN is 3 years old, you better do a blood test. Mix a few drops of blood with a smal amount of SN. If it turns brown, your SN should be ok.

Did you even read the link that you're sharing? Also it's recommended to take it but it is not necessary. I think it's important to mention this as not everyone will have access to it.

I never said it´s necessary ! I said it´s recommended ! None of the additional drugs are necessary but recommended to make this method more peaceful.

I'm just curious because they said "so I have to take 50 tablets of 10mg each" and you responded "where does it say you have to take 50mg of meto" When they never asked anything about meto. The thread does say that you are supposed to take "50x 10mg" of Diazepam.
