I've got 2 bags of SN. 1000g each one. He told me it's 99% pure. But the label doesn't say anything about its purity. And I'm so stupid that can't event cut myself to do the blood test. So I have 2 options: trust in his words or do the aquarium test.

It's not stupid to not want to cut yourself. I would not do that, personally.
SN is legal so there is no good reason to suspect it is not what the seller says it is, providing you got it from a decent seller, of which, they are many because of its legality.
